There are 20 vegetable gardens available in Via Industria. The vegetable gardens are made of wood, are rectangular in shape, are raised from the ground by approximately 80 cm and have a surface area of between 1.5 and 2.5 square metres. They are filled with a mixture of vegetable soil and compost that was previously analysed and found to be suitable for cultivation. The bottom has a drainage sheet covered with stones that serve as drainage. In the vicinity of the vegetable gardens there are taps where water can be taken for irrigation. The vegetable gardens are fenced off with a plant hedge of Cornus sanguinea, which will be grown to a height of approximately 1.20 metres.
